Starting Over, Starting Early

I don't usually make New Year Resolutions.  It just happens to be the right time for a new beginning.  We took quite a bit of time off of school for Christmas.  We had a lot of overnight visitors.  It's time to get back to school and schedules.  One thing that I must do is get up early.  Usually, I wake up around 7, grab my robe and coffee and head to the computer.  I'd sit here for way too long, and run to the shower right before school should start.  If we are going to succeed, and grow in the Lord, I must get up early, 6:30, and jump in the shower right away.  Oh, how I want that cup of coffee to wake up.  But, oh, how good it feels to be showered and dressed  by 6:50!  Ahhhh, now I can enjoy my coffee, on my new couch, with a warm throw, and read my Bible and pray.  What was I thinking?  There is so much more time in the day now!  I get the kids up after my quiet time.  I make breakfast.  I tackle my FlyLady schedule.  I check my email while eating my toast.  I'm ready for school at 9:00.  The rest of the day is another topic.
