Really. My neck has been bothering me, then I worked in the nursery at church and it got way worse. Muscle spasms, even. I went to the chiro and I'm getting better. Walking around with a neck brace is kind of embarassing. Kids stare. I don't like the attention. Unless it's from people I know, of course :) It seems it is an old injury. In 8th grade I hurt my neck while doing gymnastics in PE. I told the dr. He thought I was "in gymnastics". I said, "no, it was forced"! That sounds so strong, but unless you have a note, you really do have to do what they say. I think I hurt it while tumbling. I went to the hospital and had xrays. They were looking for a fracture. Negative. I don't remember much else. It sure did hurt. Muscle spasms. My head and shoulder meeting. It went away, though I've always had a sensitive neck since then. And the occasional, like once a year, muscle spasm. My dr. says it was never fixed! There is a little arthritis in my neck, but nowhere else! Which I am so glad about. I can't remember the other words he used to describe my injury, but he is very hopeful that we can fix it. But in the meantime, I'm supposed to stay off the computer, and no reading! No looking down, slouching. So I am being naughty right now. But that is why I haven't posted. Or at least a very good reason. 
Next weekend, we plan to go on a very interesting trip. I will take lots of pics and post about it when we get back.
